La methode lafay est beaucoup moins efficace que la musculation en salle pour prendre de la masse, donc plus efficace pour toi ? Je ne pense pas honnêtement, ne serait-ce que si tu n'a pas trouvé la motivation d'aller en salle depuis au moins 3 mois tu risque de pas avoir la motivation pour t’entraîner chez toi ( je dit motivation parce que y'a pleins de salle qui sont ouverte de 6h à 23h donc le temps quand on veut on là )

Ce serait sympa d’arrêter de balancer tes vérités sur l’entrainement PDC ou l’entrainement à la maison de façon systématique et péremptoire  à chaque fois que le sujet est abordé, c’est lourd à force.

Le PDC a bien sur ses limites mais avant de les atteindre y’a une marge considérable surtout pour un débutant.

Ensuite je pense pas que ça demande un degré d’empathie phénoménal pour comprendre que tout le monde n’a pas forcément envie de se traîner à la salle en sortant du boulot, avec ce que ça peut impliquer comme trajets, surpopulation aux machines  en fonction des salles et localisations de chacun etc etc.. et que ça peut tuer la motivation.

Hello, ce n'est que mon avis mais je pense que tu peux très bien faire les deux. Pendant la semaine tu fais du Lafay et le samedi tu vas à la salle. Perso j'ai fait du lafay au début et je trouve que c'est très pratique quand tu n'as pas le temps ou la motivation d'aller à la salle.

Certes l'entrainement au poids de corps à des limites mais quand on commence ça n'est pas un problème. C'est toujours mieux que de se limiter à une séance par semaine. Et si ça te permet d'être mieux organiser alors fait les deux.

Faut pas oublier qu'on n'est pas pro donc il faut faire du mieux possible avec les contraintes qu'on a.
